Hammer Strength Plate Loaded V-Squat

The Hammer Strength V-Squat delivers the strength benefits of a squat with a natural arc of motion that balances support and freedom. Unlike the Pendulum-X Squat, which allows deep hip and knee flexion for explosive range and a dramatic visual impact, this V-Squat machine is slightly more restrained at the knee—making it ideal for lifters who want a hip-dominant squat pattern with stability under load.

And while the Hack Squat locks users into a strict, linear path that limits hip engagement and emphasizes quads, the V-Squat allows the hips to stay active, encouraging a more athletic transfer of power. It’s a strong, grounded movement pattern that builds strength that shows up when it counts.
